Orgullosos del nostres colors’ has just launched and it is a large format publication that takes a chronological look back at Barça’s 2011/12 season, as well as the start of 2012/13.

It includes photographs of inside life in the changing rooms, and other intense moments of Barça activity. One of the greatest attractions of this years edition is the reaction of Barça players after the club’s Champions League exit at the hands of Chelsea last season. Faces of pain and sadness that we have never seen before: Messi devastated holds his head in his hands, Puyol with a far-away look is being consoled, Iniesta sits lonely on the floor, he needs to digest his disappointment before going into the shower. Winners also suffer when they lose as we can see in these amazing Miguel Ruiz pictures, the Club’s official photographer.
It is also interesting to see the emotive farewell to Pep Guardiola after four extraordinarily successful years and the arrival of Tito Vilanova. Part of the profits from the book will be used to support the projects of the FC Barcelona Foundation. The book is being published in Catalan, Spanish and English.
The players have already received their personal copies of a book.
